When he picked up Polaris it took him 3 hours to load . Had a new windshield on Polaris and when we received it had severe scratches on it and will have to be replaced. Passanger seat had hole in it apparantly from tie down belt across it without any pading between seat and tiedown belt., they took no care to protect it at all. Seatbelts were not working as there was so much dirt and sand in them they had to be taken apart and cleaned before we could even use them. Had several times of delivery agreed upon thru dispatcher and he did not deliver on any of these times and then delivered in a different location than specified, had to go around town and find him when I did he had already unloaded Polaris 4 miles from delevery location. Had to get nieghbor to go and haul rest of the way home. I was suppose to be here, he was early and I was still at work Wife sighed papers not knowing to do so they woud not repair anything wrong with it. Called them about it and was told papers were signed, so tough stuff!
