Although it took many extra days from the asked pick-up time, once the car was on its way to Florida from California is took 3 days less than expected, so I was very happy about that. I was upset about only one thing and it was that a 1960's Jaguar was placed directly above my car. Older cars are notorious for oil leaks and my car was delivered with the windshield, roof, hood, and trunk were all streaked in engine oil. My only advice to this individual carrier is the place older cars on bottom platforms, or require older cars with oil leaks to either empty the oil from their vehicle prior to shipping or secure a leak-proof seal over the oil pan.
