Great customer service with Amerifreight - I was wary of shipping my car coast to coast, but pleased with the open, honest communication about the whole shipping process and the quickness of the representative (Bob) to answer my inquiries throughout the process. The carrier was good, though the pickup was a little later than expected (which actually worked out great for me - got to keep my car longer), and delivery was 2 days after my expected delivery date. (I should note - I was never "guaranteed" a delivery date, so I'm not saying I had bad service or anything.) Car was a bit dirty inside with dirt/pet hair from carrier. Very happy with the process, overall.
