My 1988 Suzuki Samurai was picked up within 5 days after I accepted the contract with United Road. Pickup was within 20 minutes of the scheduled time and the vehicle was dropped off at my door in the same condition which it left the previous owner. The driver (Rich) called well in advance so that I could be there for the vehicle to be unloaded. Everything went better than I had hoped for and I will definitely be getting an estimate from United Road next time I need a vehicle shipped accross the country. Thanks, Kent
