I had my Mercury Mountaineer shipped from Albuquerque to Sarasota, FL. Graham Turner was my customer rep. He kept me posted as to vehicle status & when the shipper lost my original electronic key Graham was my advocate in trying to find out what happened to it. As soon as I told Graham the cost to replace it he immediately got a check cut to reimburse me for the key. while I was a little disappointed in the whole process (get a quote....told if offer more vehicle has better chance of quick pickup....then driver asked for another $100 to come get it, adding about 27% to original quote) that seems to be the way it works. I woud use AmeriFreight again as long as Graham would be my contact. He was professional, helpful and resolved the problem for me.
