Customer service was OUTSTANDING when I talk to Gary (I have only spoken with Gary and the 1 or 2 times that I did not speak with him, the other people were somewhat helpful too but Gary seems like he really made every effort to make my move less stressful.

I indicated on my agreement that I will store a secured load in the truck cab weiging under 100 lbs and that it would not be in boxes (it would be in 1 or 2 secure luggage bags). Also, I specified that a spare tire would be in the bed of the truck but that it would be strapped down and secure.
- -They held up their end and I was not charged for this and nothing was stolen.

The only issues I had were that the pick-up was later than I had hoped but it was within 5 days of the first available date so I guess it is not considered "late" for these business since they don't guarantee anything and it depends on a lot of factors. There was on 1 fee that I got hit with since I needed the pickup asap and apparently they had to get a carrier that they don;t use often (EZ Load). So I ended up paying 1250 instead of the 1125 originally on the contract.

At this point, I would recommedn giving PDQ a call especially if you are on a tight budget. They will explain all of the fees...if you ask them to!! I chose to use the cash option to avoid a debit/credit fee and if you come to an agreement with them regarding items being stored in the vehicle- MAKE SURE TO WRITE IT IN THE CONTRACT WHEN YOU SIGN IT. If it is not in the contract, then it can often be out of PDQ's hands since the actual truck carrier has the liberty to judge whether or not you abided by the terms of the contract.

SIDE NOTE: EZ Load (the truck company) was decent. Truck had no damage and $600 snowboard was still in the cab on arrival :)
- One of the drivers was good but the other one was almost impossible to understand on the phone and got lost so I had to have a friend drive me 3 miles to find them and get my truck. They put the wrong address in their gps.
