Took an extra day to pick car up. I called dispatcher Alex two days prior to pick up, he acted like I was a nusance. Asked him to at least make contact with the person holding the car. Asked the broker to call Alex to see if we had an agreement or not! Did not contact person holding car until the last moment. Spoke with Alex for an update during transport, acted like it was a bother, said he would call 24 hours prior to delivery. He called 3 hours before delivery, said would be there at 7pm, asked us to meet transport truck at a WalMart on the other side of town, told him we could not. No show at 7, called to find out when, said 9pm. Waited 'til 10:30pm, no show, no call, nothing. Only able to get voicemail at dispatch number. Alex called the next day at noon, said be there within the hour. The transport driver, A.C., was in such hurry he became upset when we tried to inspect the condition of the car. Very frustrating experience. Poor customer service.
