ABUSIVE TO CUSTOMER NO SERVICE

THIS COMPANY, AAA ANYTIME, INC HAS AN "F" RATING WITH THE BBB - BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OF LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Had I known they have an F with the BBB I would never have contacted AAA Anytime or Anytime, Inc - one in the same.

Following occurred at 11:35 a.m. on March 7, 2012 when I called 702.873.5683 - and a person named - PETE - answered. He was a COMPLETE BULLY to me over the phone from the very beginning of the conversation. All I wanted was a schedule status on getting my car picked up. He spoke when I was speaking. His tone was condescending and disrespectful. His manner was rude, he was trying to intimidate me with VERY FAST TALKING and having an obnoxious approach. His actions resulted in my not being able to get the service I was entitled to and had already paid for. The vehicle was to be picked up and delivered to me by an agreed upon date. It did not happen because he alleged the scheduled pick up date was canceled. The name he gave to me that made the cancellation of the agreement was NOT ON THE CONTRACT. PETE had CANCELED anyway. This has caused the $300 deposit to be FORFEITED, their rules, and my life in chaos since I will not have use of the vehicle as planned. No one deserves to be verbally abused. I was verbally abused, bullied and intimidated by his tactics. I was denied the service committed to by this company, AAA Anytime and Anytime, Inc (another name they also use). Check their rating with the BBB of Las Vegas, Nevada! They have a BIG FAT F!
