Price Does Matter

I found a car for my daughters 16th birthday and did what I thought I would never do, buy a car online without seeing or test driving before making a major purchase. I guess this is the NEW way to purchase a car. After stressing out about buy a car without seeing or diving it, the next big hurdle was having the car transported from Alabama to Texas, and getting it here without being damaged scratched or trashed. After doing my research and calling many transport companies, I rolled the dice and went with PDQ. I worked with Missy, and she was great! First of all, they had the most completive price; second, I had to have the car delivered on time, which was a prority since the car was my daughters 16th birthday present. After speaking with Missy, and explaining to her that I bought this car without ever seeing it and that the car need to be delivered on a certain day, because it was a big surprise for my daughters 16th birthday, she said she would take care of it and not to worry. The next day, I received emails and phone calls, yes phone calls, from other transport companies, telling me that the price that was quoted by PDQ was too low and that they were going to do a bait and switch and charge me more or no driver is going to pick up my car and deliver it for that price and for me to cancel with PDQ and go with them. Sooo you can only imagine what was going through my mind. I called Missy and confronted her and she told me that a few of her competitors do talk bad about the competition because it is a very competitive business. She said not to worry and she would take care of me. Long story short,(LOL) PDQ and Missy did everything she promised, and the car was delivered perfect, and on time and at the agreed price. I could not be happier it was so fantastic. If you need transport service at a great price, I would highly recommend PDQ in a heartbeat
