I must say that I was totally impressed with the way my vehicle was transported. Everything happened in order and extremely professional. From the first contact person, Kim Foster, whom I must say was very knowledgeable about the entire process to the delivery of my car by John Fern. Kim informed me of what to expect and when I would be notified. I liked the way she didn't ask for a deposit up front which says to me that she cared about the person/vehicle. Very considerate, unlike the hundreds of others that I received a call from that kept calling me even after I told them I would contact them if I had any questions. John, the driver was on time, very professional and at times comical, which made me at ease since this was the first time I ever used a vehicle transport company. I will definitely use this company again. I will also recommend going through Kim at Tru Auto Transport to eliminate any headaches. COUDOS Kim Foster and John Fern.
