We were shipping my son's car to him in the Air Force and other companies told us they couldn't deliver to the gate and we would have to make arrangements for another location. Other companies also told me this was their busy time of year so the price was inflated. Kim at Tru Auto Transport was absolutely wonderful. She was able to schedule a pickup 4 days earlier and for a price that was MUCH better than other companies had quoted me. As a matter of fact, it only took one day and she had the pickup scheduled for the next day. In addition, the transport time was less than expected, and the driver said that he would wait for my son until he got out of schoold to meet him. Kim was honest, knowledgable, and provided the best experience I could have asked for. I would highly recommend her and if we have to ship anything in the future, I will definitely use her company again.
