Incorrect method of transport

I paid to have a Porsche shipped ENCLOSED from Georgia to Nebraska in November.
The actual driver, who was contracted by United Road was very good. In fact he wanted to pick up the car a day earlier than Michelle had indicated, which inconvenienced the seller. He also showed up a day earlier than I had planned for. I am not in a profession that allows me to just leave for an hour or two without planning. I would have had no idea that the car was even in-route if I hadn't developed good communication with the seller. He called me with the driver's number to arrange delivery. United Road did not even know the vehicle was on the carrier and on the way here. In short, take two days on both sides of the transaction to allow for their lack of communication with whoever may actually deliver your vehicle.
The car came on an OPEN carrierto Nebraska in November. This car has never seen rain, let alone snow, and the gravel and salt put on the midwest roads in the winter. Michelle did not even know it was on an open transport until I told her it was half way here.
They refunded me the difference between the quote for enclosed vs. open + $43.00. I find that to be a total insult, considering they shipped an $83k car completely the opposite of the shipping method I ordered. When I asked to be put in touch with a supervisor, I was stonewalled. I will NEVER consider them again, nor will the seller. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to use D.A.S. or someone else.
