I was really impressed by the early arrival of my car from TX to CA. I had a flight that required logistical planning of the car's pick-up, and they did a great job making sure that the pick-up time was convenient. It was a little tough reaching customer service via the 1-800 number, but when contacted via email, their response time was impeccable. I'd definitely use 1st Choice again!
