Never Picked Up Vehicle

I called to check on my refund that had been promised by the manager James due to my car sitting over 25 days waiting on Express to find a driver. James agreed to refund the full 195 deposit. I waited a week and called back, the service tech now tells me Express has been sold and I will not be getting my refund. The vehicle was never picked up.

Today I placed a complaint with my credit card company and the Ohio BBB. We'll see. I do not recommend this company at all. STAY AWAY from EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORTERS
