Although it was very nerve wracking to initiate something like this online, when I called and spoke with Eric he seemed very knowledgable and friendly. The drivers were very professional and friendly and my daughter (car recipient) was very pleased with them as well. The only critique is that it would have been nice to track the vehicle on line for a better time line, but the drivers and Eric were in contact so it wasn't really a problem. I would recommend this company. As a first time user, and nervous Mother, they were great.
