I would have to say service was fine, but misleading as to timing of the whole situation.

I was led to believe it would take 5-7 days to get a driver then 1 week to ship cross country. I had to start calling at 1 week to find out if a driver was contacted or not. That is when I found out you have contract drivers who DO NOT have to accept the vehicle. As was explained to me, it is up to the individual drivers whether to pick up and haul ANY contracted vehicle, including non-subcontracted, company drivers. That is when I suggested to the dispatcher who answered my CUSTOMER SERVICE call, that in THEORY, I may never get my vehicle, as no driver EVER HAS TO AGREE TO HAUL IT!!!!

She agreed, but said that was unlikely. Finally a driver was found a few days later...his communication with me was fine, and your company emails were a day behind our conversations. We met when he delivered the vehicle, but his bill amount and the amount I was told I owed him was DIFFERENT. His bill was LESS than what I was contracted for, so to avoid a problem later, I paid the full amount I was contracted to pay. Not sure how this discrepency occured, but I didnt want to be labeled a cheat or criminal for stealing money. It would have been nice to pocket the difference and say nothing, but I did the HONEST thing.

PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THIS INCONSISTANCY IN PAYABLE AMOUNTS OCCURED!!

I was also told by people I talked to who have had vehicles shipped before, that these delays are common.....I would have appreciated that information UPFRONT.

Would I use your company again???? Not sure. Would I buy another vehicle from across the
country to begin with....doubtful.
