Subject: Cheating, Lying, NOT DEPENDABLE!!!!
Review:They said they would pick my car up tuesday or wednesday, they did not pick it up until friday night! They said it would get there by sunday because there was two drivers and they were driving STRAIGHT to me. We had to call them on the road and they moved the day until wednesday. We called them again when our car wasn't here, then they tell me late friday early saturday. WE CALL THEM AGAIN because the car is still not here, and now they tell me monday! (We had to rent a car by now!) They FINALLY deliever my car Sunday AND ITS DAMAGED! They knocked off the sun roof visor!!! And the worst part! THEY WOULDN'T OWN UP TO IT!!! They said the guy unscrewed it and took it off while my father was there, I called my father and he said no they didn't! One screw was still on the bracket which they bent, the other screw the guy was going crazy looking for and the visor was chipped! He made up some excuse as to how it was chipped before, and I know for a fact it wasn't! WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I spent over an hour arguing with the guy and he wanted to take my car back to "fix it"! We finally agreed on taking $150 off the bill and then ended it! NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE! DRIVE THE CAR THERE YOURSELF AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE!!!

Lady i feel sorry for what happen to your car but honest i don't understand why are you making such a big deal over a piece of plastic that my driver already overpaid you for .
