DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- HERE'S WHY:

I was quoted 9 days from door to door and have an email stating this. Well, my car was picked up on the 9th and here it is on the 21st and I still have not gotten my vehicle. I understand that delays occur but in my opinion it is unreasonable to know that the day before scheduled delivery (which was then 8 days after pick up) on the 17th that my car is in Texas which is not far from CA were it was picked up.

Call and emails to pay for my extra days of rental have been ignored and there is still no ETA in sight. And who knows what condition my car will even be in when it gets here.

I went with this co because they could pick it up the soonest. DO NOT MAKE THIS SAME MISTAKE!!

Feel free to contact me if you want more info. And oh yeah, i was quoted $970 but charged $1,000.

Two extra weeks car rental?? I am confused by this post... Jennifer booked her order on the 7th of July and we had her car scheudled for pick up on the 8th or 9th of July. During the cross country trip the truck had major mechanical difficulties and was running late. Jennifers original dates for delviery were July 17th or 18th. Here we are on July 21 and she is posting this review and her car is on the East coast now ready for delviery. She did not contact our office, until after she posted this review. Her email stated, pay for my rental car and I will remove this review. Before this we had not even heard from her. She states emails and calls were ignored, there were none. As for as her change of quote goes, she got an automated quote, when she call we updated the quote...THEN she placed her order. She make it sound like we did a switch on her or something, which was so not the case. We apologize for her delays, but we are honest here, it does happen to one out of about hundred cars we ship each month. Drivers do have delays at times and there is not a lot we can do about it. Here is the only advise we can give future customers...IF YOU ARE MOVING ACCROSS COUNTRY DO NOT WAIT UNTIL DAYS BEFORE YOUR MOVE TO SCHEDULE YOUR AUTO TRASNPORT!
