I needed to transport two vehicles, a minivan and a car, from Southern CA to Dallas/Fort Worth. I had a bad experience once before with an auto broker and so I was incredibly nervous about finding an honest and reliable transporter. I called up several other brokers and got barraged by no less than 2 dozen phone calls within 3 hours of requesting a quote (turns out they're all part of a network of brokers that forwards along from person to person).

Finally, I looked up 360 Transport on this web board and saw they were local and also very highly rated, so I put in my request.

Pete called me back within minutes of my online quote request, clarified the needs, and setn back an email with the quote.

Both Pete and Ann were incredibly responsive and helpful- responding within minutes of my emails. The process of contracting was completely reassuring and effortless.

Jason Adams, the owner of the company himself, called me up from his cell phone to schedule the pickup time for the day he was going to be arriving. Jason personally drove my cars on his own truck from CA to DFW. He gave me his cell phone number, and stayed in continual contact.

I told him I wasn't in a rush and so we mutually agreed to a slightly longer transit time- he stayed in contact all along the way. I knew at all times where my vehicle was and what the ETA would be.

Finally, my vehicles arrived here at my doorstep in Texas in excellent condition.

I would recommend Jason and his team at 360 Transport to anyone who needs to transport a car. They provide an outstanding value and superb customer service.
