We have never shipped a car before so looked at all the reviews very carefully before calling a few carriers. The women at 1st Choice answered the phone professionally and promptly, answering all our questions competently. They followed up numerous times with both us and the individual who was getting the car in Florida before the car was shipped, while it was in transit and when it arrived.
To add to the overwhelmingly positive experience we had, the driver arrived early to pick up the car and loaded it carefully and efficiently. He called the night before and the morning he was due to update us as to the time he was going to be at our home and did the same thing in Florida
