I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. in my case, actually i made a contract with Direct express auto but they shipped my car with Pioneer. overall, the communication was excellent and totall delievery time was short, only 7days from philly to LA.
although car was dirty, considering fact that it is not enclosed shipping, it was reasonable for me. however, there was no scratches at all. also, shipping rate was lowest. I highly recommened Pioneer auto shipper to everyone. if i moved again, i would ship my car with them again.

Thank you for your positive review. With the amount of volume we transport every single month, obviously there are a handful of customers that are not happy with the process. However, a vast majority of our customers are extremely happy and satisfied with our service.
