DO NOT USE PIONEER AUTO EXPRESS!!

I made the mistake of having my car shipped with Pioneer Auto Express. Actually, ANGELS TRANSPORT shipped my car with Pioneer Auto Express, BIG MISTAKE!! If you use ANGELS, make sure they do not use Pioneer Auto Express!! Unfortunately, their drivers were never taught how to properly tie a car down!!! They ran the tie down over my wheel and tire! So, now I have a wheel with chunks out of it, and a tire with depressions so bad that the integrity of the tire has been conformed and I have to replace it. Have you replaced a 20" Michelin PS2 lately? Or bought a 20" Neez wheel? $3000 for the tire and $600 for the tire. They wouldn't take responsibility for any of the damage that they caused. Again, they were booked through Angels Transport, so if you use Angels MAKE SURE THAT THEY DO NOT USE PIONEER AUTO EXPRESS! Any questions, send me an email, but with all of the shipping companies out there please DO NOT USE PIONEER AUTO EXPRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are simply not qualified to ship vehicles!

We deny doing any damage to this vehicle. Upon delivery of this car to the customer, he signed an Inspection Sheet documenting NO damage whatsoever to this vehicle. Common sense alone would dictate that if your vehicle was transported across country 3000 miles, one would properly and thoroughly inspect the car upon arrival. This customer did not even take time to look at his $3000 wheels when the car was delivered to him?? He claims damage to his wheels after the fact..
