My car was picked up in early August and I was first told by my broker (Anthony @ Nationwide) that it would take 6-8 days for my car to get from California to NJ. My car was picked up on 9/2 and was not delivered until 9/18. I called numerous times to get updates on where my car was, and sometimes I was told there was no one there to speak to me and they would call me back (NEVER did). I spoke to Kenny who first told me that my car was stuck in the mid-west due to the truck breaking down, and it waiting on a part, and then the second time I was told that storms in Texas were holding up my delivery. These were complete lies. When I told someone at Pioneer that my lawyer would be contacting them, the person LAUGHED in my ear. When my car FINALLY came, over 2 weeks late, and over a week after I was quoted that it was going to be delivered, I was speaking with the driver of the truck, who was very nice. But I told him that the company he worked for was really unprofessional on the phone with me. I told him the situation, and he told me that he had picked the car up in Carson, CA on 9/13!!!! Meaning, all the times I called to check on my car, it was in fact sitting at Pioneer, and had never left! In fact, it really did only take my car 6 days to be transported. Pioneer Auto Express Corp lies, and I warn you, you should not use Pioneer Auto Express. I could have used a company that was going to charge me a lot less, and probably would have gotten my car to NJ much quicker. I never write reviews, but I feel that I was treated terribly.

Our company would never quote 6-8 days for a vehicle to be transported across country. Standard industry estimates for a car being transported across country is 10-14 days. Occasionally, mechanical issues or weather conditions occur which delays tranport. Our company is amongst the most reputable car transport companies in the industry. We have a general reputation as having exceptional customer service to all our clients.
