I was nervous about shipping my car for the first time. So many companies contacted me with bids that it was a bit overwhelming. But Justin was reassuring & not smarmy. The bid was a little high, but he was confident that my car could be delivered on time without problems. And he was right. The driver was extremely nice, gave me his cell number and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. He picked up my car a day early and delivered it on time. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and will use it again.
