I shipped a car via G&L Enterprise who contracted to these guys to go from NJ to CA.
It was on-time and priced right, but they damaged the underside of my car.
Kenny (one of the owners, presumably) told me to talk to Harry (who said he was the claims guy)
Harry asked for an estimate and pictures, which I supplied.
This was over 2 months ago and I haven't heard anything from them since.
I made several calls to Pioneer asking for Harry. I get either Kenny or some random person who tells me that Harry isn't there. He never returns calls and seems to be actively avoiding fixing my car.
I've had to submit the whole thing to the BBB for mediation. If they can't do anything, I will have to sue.
All-in-all, I should have driven my car cross-country and saved myself the headache.
Pioneer + G&L Enterprise (broker) = Bad deal.

Mr. Delaney claims that our company damaged his vehicle. According to inspection reports documented on the bill of lading, the damage he claims could not be verified that it occured during transit. In terms of him trying to reach our claims manager, the customer has to understand that a claim involving a business incident is different and a much longer process than a personal insurance claim. Either way, we regret that the customer feels the damage was caused during transport.
