After coming out to CA for school for a year and having a miserable experience shipping my Impreza here (using AAAutomovers, who are AWFUL), I was less than thrilled when it was time to find someone to ship my car back. Thankfully, I had found this site by that point so I had some more info to go on. I found 360 transport had good ratings so I gave them a call. My call was answered by Justin who made this whole process painless.
-He called back exactly when he said he would
-Everytime I called, I talked to him, nobody else
-Never had a call go to voicemail
-He was perfectly honest when giving me a quote, explaining exactly what I would have to pay in order to get the car shipped on time, unlike the AAAutomovers who I had used before, who underquote you in order to get your deposit and then have no drivers willing to take the car for the price you were quoted.

When I first came to CA from MA, my car was picked up 3 weeks late, I had already left the state. Not only that, but they had promised door to door service and failed to follow through because of the area I live in. Since I was not there, I had to EXPLAIN OVER THE PHONE to my younger brother how to drive a stick shift so he could get the car to where the truck was. Then, while I sat car-less in CA, they proceeded to take another 2.5 weeks to get my car to me. Total time= 5.5 weeks without a car.
With 360, the driver they found for me from Happy Valley Express not only picked up the car WITHIN THE HOUR that they had told me they would, he was able to deliver the car a day early. He somehow got it from SoCal to MA in 5 days. I was amazed. He even cut me a deal on the shipping the stuff that I had filled the car with.

Call Justin at 360 Transport, you won't be disappointed. Anything else is taking a risk.
I only wish I had found them for my initial trip.
