I found Justin to be of great help. Not only did he call me back within 10 minutes of my email request, he did not 'demand' a deposit (like other brokers did) before actually finding a carrier for my car. He also returned my phonecall on Saturday which quite impressed me. Justin found me a trucker 1 day after we spoke, at a competitive price point, and had the trucker ready to go 2 days after we spoke. Although I was skeptical about using the trucker (no info on website etc), Justin did get me copies of the trucker's insurance bond etc. Trucker picked up my car 1 hr after intended window (and I am ok with that) and delivered on time this morning! It was a pleasure to work with Justin/360 Transport
