WHATEVER YOU DO-STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I cannot stress that enough. Drive the car to the destination yourself if you have to, but DO NOT CONTRACT THEM for moving your car.
This was the most unprofessional company I had the misfortune to conduct business with. From the very start, the missed the pickup - finally when I was about to go with another company - They begged to give them the business (Their excuse was personal problems in life - I decided to give them a chance - cause its life & it can happen to anybody), finally picked up the car 3 days late & with little notice - showed up @ the door @ 3 AM in the morning (Thats right 3 in the morning - middle of the night).
During the ride, the driver & the owner did not keep in touch - I had no idea where the car was - when is it going to be delivered...etc - They did not answer the phone the whole time - I almost thought they ran away with the car.
Once they had the car - their attitude changed completely. It was more like they were doing me a favor by transporting my car. I left messages - they did not even care to call back.
On delivery day - They did not have any sense of time. I was finally able to reach the driver (Tammy) on delivery day - she told me she will be there in the evening. Evening turned to 10PM. - @ 10PM she told me she'll be there in 30 mins.XXX@12:30 AM she was still not there - Finally @ 3AM again - she calls and tells me she is at the destination.
She was parked in a obscure & underlit location. Imagine yourself walking around @3AM in the morning trying to find the truck. (BTW- Note - She did not even have the delivery address with her - she is asking me that @12:30AM in the night on where to deliver- Talk about being professional)
Taking the delivery of the car was an ordeal - I had talked to Nick (owner) & he promised to give some discount on the agreed price. When I brought this up - she went absolutely berserk. Suddenly, her temper was through the roof - She is shouting @ me, calling me lier, cussing @ me - DO YOU EVER WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS by a business whose services you are paying for??? She was threatening, obscene - Told me she would take the car if I didn't pay her the whole amount & didn't care what my conversation with Nick was - She would sell my car & get more money that I owe her. I almost felt she was going to assault me in the middle of the night. Back of my mind thinking -you never know what these truckers can do (maybe she carries a gun...& what not)
In spite of all this, I was being nice - realizing that an argument goes nowhere. Then she get on the tirade about me being condescending - she was expecting a fight & I was not giving it to her.
I decided to put this behind & still paid her the full amount - Cause I could not trust my car with them for 1sec longer.
FOLKS ANYBODY WHO READS THIS REVIEW - DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY - WHATEVER YOU DO - DO NOT HIRE THEM. It will be ordeal for you.
On the phone they sound very nice and talk about how professional they are - Once they have your car - all that changes... Do not fall in their trap. STAY AWAY from them.
A lot of times, Brokers contract them to move the car - ask the broker to CHANGE companies if you find out you car is being transported by NTA Motorsport. You'll be glad you did.
I am not just writing this review because I am mad at them. I writing it protect consumers in good faith - so they dont have to go through what I did. DO WHATEVER YOU NEED TO NOT GIVE YOUR CAR TO THEM - YOU'll have a lot more peace of mind.
