Still waiting for my vehicle to be picked up

I sent the contract on 07/08 and the first available pickup date was 07/12. Today is 07/16 and there is no sign of when my vehicle will be picked up.

I have called them 8 times since last evening but it always goes to voicemail. I needed my vehicle to be at the destination by 07/20 but now that is not possible. I will have to incur rental car expenses for every day after 07/21 until the day my vehicle reaches the destination.

I signed up with 1st Choice Shipping after reading the good reviews here and seeing how highly (4/5 stars) it is rated here. But right now I'm very disappointed.

We state a normal scheudling period is 2 to 10 days from the time you place your order. Order placed on 7/8 picked up on 7/17. We try our best to get vehicles scheuled right away, however if you are looking for specific dates, try to book at least two weeks in advance. Delivery time on this vehicle was 6 days across country due to the delay in scheduling for pick up.
