I would highly discourage anyone from using this company. Unfortunately we went through a broker (Monstar) who hired them as our transport company. There was some minimal damage to our car that we were told was going to be covered by one of their assessors. We went to a dealership, got an estimate, sent pictures and did everything the company asked us to. Two weeks later we were told we were denied because on the terms and conditions it states that they do not cover damage to antennaes. (we were not given the terms and conditions till after our car was picked up). I went back and forth with the assessor and the manager of the company (Kenny) because initially we were told that they cover all damage, and the driver who picked up the car never said anything to us about the antennae. When I asked him how everything looked after he had checked it out, he said everything looked good. We were also told on the day the car was delivered and we saw the damage that it would be no problem to fix, it was a "small claim" and we would have the money in a week. When speaking to Kenny after the claim was denied he offered a hundred bucks. I was offended by this because they are in essence taking blame for the damage but not stepping up to the plate and doing the right thing by paying the whole expense ($300). I called my credit card company to dispute the charge because I didn't feel like I had many options at this point. they told me I have a case and will help me. Please be careful of this company and also of Monstar, the broker service who uses them/
