The Car Carrier was recommended to me by my movers (who also ended up being THE WORST…Certified Packing and Storage). They were great when i was making my reservation, but once they had me, everything went downhill. Golden, my contact person, told me that they estimated a 7-9 day delivery, but it would likely get from DC to CA before that; at the end of my move, it took 17 days. Also, I was quoted a delivery time of 9am-11am the night before delivery was to occur; the driver did not show up until 2:30pm…and when I asked him why he didn’t call me to let me know that he was going to be late, he said, and I quote, “Do you want your car or not?!” Instead of offering an apology, it was almost as if he was threatening to not deliver my car. The Car Carrier wa RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL from start to finish…do not use them!
