We were told that we had been charged 100% eveything we needed to pre-pay except for the cash we had to pay the driver. So since that was the case we transfered the money out of that account except about $100.00. Then six weeks later we get a charge from 1st choice shipping which threw our checking account into "over draft" and cost us $75.00. We were then told by Brandy "You knew the charge was coming". Well Brandy you hold us that we were 100% paid up and had been charged everything and we only had to pay the driver the remaining cash upon delivery. If we would have known another charge was coming we would have left the money in our account. 1st choice and Brandy cost us wasted money. Also, it is a convertible and someone put the top down in transit. My family member dropped it off with the top up. Someone stole the windshiled wiper arms and blades. Battery arrived completely dead. Someone had driven it and left the lights on. Poor handling, don't use them for your shipping needs. We did not get our $2,600 worth. Exotic car shipped from Hawaii to Tampa, Florida...

The first thing we have to say about this review is...how we can be 10 days late picking up something that is dropped off at the port by the customer I am not sure! In his review they also failed to mention they had serious problems with the bank and their title, which caused them to canceled 3 separate bookings....and we did not charge them any extra processing fees. As far as the overdraft account goes....it states on all our paperwork, all our quotes, EVERYTHING...we do not charge your card the deposit until we have completed our job and your vehicle has been picked up. We do that in case something happens to your move and you need to cancel....WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU. That is what makes us one of the better companies out there! So basically we totally disagree with this customer he was given great service, we bent over backwards waiting and scheduling his car, when it got to the port in CA it was picked up immediately in a ENCLOSED truck—and this damage they are talking about was NEVER reported to us or to the driver! Delivered to FL then in 7 days from pick up at the port.
