They scheduled a driver to pickup my vehicle on the day that I requested, but after calling the driver found out that he was running a day behind. I contacted 1st Choice who attempted to find an alternate but they were unable to secure one. I had to leave my car with a relative and the driver very kindly picked up the vehicle at this alternate location. My relative said my vehicle was loaded underneath an old car that was leaking transmission fluid. My relatives attempted to wrap my car with some plastic to protect it and I hoped for the best. Despite picking up the vehicle late, the driver delivered it on schedule. It looked like they made an attempt to clean my car up but it was still dirty. After doing a more thorough clean of the vehicle the next morning, I was very disappointed to find that the driver had scuffed the paint on each corner of the car near the tires/wheels. In addition, the transmission fluid permanently fogged up my rear tail lamps. I’m not sure who to blame: 1st Choice, the driver, or myself for choosing this, but I will never do it again.
