We are looking to document that you were a customer.
The documentation that we are looking for should show that you went beyond a reasonable sales and quote process. If you are not sure send us all emails and documents you have and we will look through it to see what works.

Documents that many customers use include:

  • A signed order form showing your name and the company name.
  • A Bill of Lading from when your car was picked up or delivered
  • A credit card or bank statement showing a charge by the company (blacking out account information is fine. We do not need or want your account numbers)
  • Canceled checks
  • Emails "Thanking you for your order"
  • Emails discussing anything beyond a price quote or trying to get you to submit an order form. Order forms only work if you show you sent it in.
  • Voice mails or phone recordings showing harassment by a company or discussing things past getting a price quote.

In absents of these documents do NOT assume you are not allowed to post a review. ;Send in what you have and we will look at the items. ;Some companies will unethically run the non-customer review process on real customers and then try to tell you that you were not a customer because you didn't...<Fill In The Blank>

DO NOT listen to the company. What makes you a customer is NOT up to the company, it is up to Transport Reviews Administrators. Do not let them discourage you from going through the process.
