non payment for damage to my vehicle

Would rate them zero stars if I could. The car was delivered at 11 pm at night on a bed with one other car. Apparently, the driver (from ROADWAY auto-delivery) pulled the car up over the winch since it was the first car loaded. When he tried to get the car off the bed he broke the splash guard on the vehicle. with his cell phone light and no tools my husband had to get him the tools to try to take the splash guard off the car. He dropped numerous bolts that he never found using his cellphone light and after about an hour and a half finally got the car off the truck minus the splash guard. The company told us not to worry that they would fix it. Brought the car to my mechanic and the bill was $117 dollars. Sent the bill to eShip who told us they would forward to the transporter. Transporter took another month to let me know they would send a money order, long story short never received it. When I tried to contact eShip they made a few attempts to collect the money from the transporter with no success. After that, they now won't answer my calls or emails. It's a shame that I even have to post this for $117 dollars. they say they have insurance but didn't want to go through insurance because their rates would increase. JUST RIDICULOUS!! Do not use this company's terrible customer service!!!!! And if something happens to your car do not expect reimbursement.
