I was very pleased with both the communication and prompt delivery of my vehicle. This was a long haul and during bad winter weather. The driver called me a day ahead of drop off to schedule a meeting time. The driver then called me the morning of delivery letting me know his exact ETA. This worked out great for me. The vehicle was dirty but that was to be expected since again it was bad winter weather driving all the way from the East coast. Overall a very positive experience and yes I would recommend this carrier for auto transport.
