DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I contracted this company through a broker. The broker was friendly and stated that the carrier would be calling me within 3 business days. The broker did a decent job and I did in fact have some correspondence with the company.

A few days later they called my dad and asked him to pick up a day early. My dad could not accommodate this request and they decided to pick up at the originally scheduled time. They called again asking him to drive to wal mart because the truck wouldn't fit in the neighborhood he lives in.

My father agreed to be stranded at wal mart and drove my vehicle there and waited for almost 3 hours. Multiple calls to dispatch were unsuccessful and the drivers number was wrong. In fact, the drivers number was for another driver that was not contracted to pick up my vehicle. He said he would call the real driver and let us know.

At this point my patience is gone and I call the broker and dispatch. Again, no answer. 30 minutes later I get a call from a guy that says he is dispatch and states that everything is okay and on schedule. He also states that he didn't answer because be is in California and people are just waking up there!

Seriously? After I stated that I also live in California and his business was less than professional he got into an arguement with me. He asked why I was so upset and I should calm down, and nothing was wrong.

Needless to say, he was cancelled and I will be calling my broker in the morning. Do the research people. Read these reviews. Luckily I was looking at these while I was waiting for a return call.

Don't get scammed. Look for a more reputable transportation service.
