The delivery process was well managed. Thank you for the team work. I would recommend people to make use of such excellent vehicle transportation service.
Thing to be improved: The pick up point and/or the delivery point (such as the junction of the main road or avenue in the area) should be discussed in detail prior to the time of actual pick up and/or delivery, so it would be easier for the driver as well as for the customer.
