OK pick-up, frustrating & thoroughly unprofessional delivery

The car was picked up uneventfully- however the delivery was a frustrating & unprofessional experience. The car was scheduled for an afternoon delivery, but didn't arrive until midnight. WCA never contacted me about the late delivery time- calls to the driver had no impact. The driver (who was difficult to understand) initially insisted I walk 1/2mile & meet him by a highway, in the middle of the night, to pick up the car. Although the homeless person down the street might perhaps have escorted me, out of concern for my safety, I refused. My car was then brought to my location. I had no issue with the condition of the car. The driver was mildly apologetic, full of excuses and had no regard for the inconvenience caused us. He felt this was the perfect time for a delivery due to the lack of traffic. I called WCA the next morning to complain about the unprofessional service, and spoke with Eduardo. He was very apologetic, and said night deliveries are unacceptable. Clearly there is little communication between management and drivers. Eduardo said I would be given a partial refund for the inconvenience, and that he would call me back. If I hadn't followed up, I doubt I would ever have received the credit: a whopping $75. Do not use this company!
