This was my first time transporting a vehicle- I had a BMW shipped from AZ to TX. My contact person was Michael Brammer who provided excellent customer service and a level of comfort. He explained in details the overall process, provided me a fix quote and insured the quality of service they would provide. The driver contacted me a couple of times with updates of my vehicle and delivered the BMW at my front door on time, no scratches, dents or damage. I'm very pleased with their service and will definitely recommend their services to other.
