Timely, honest, courteous correspondence. No wavering in times/costs. Only the driver added $50 insurance coverage because I had packed stuff into the passenger seats and DOT would give the driver a ticket when they saw that on the highway. I was fine with that. Delivery was not promised on a specific day. The driver expected to have the car ready for me on Sunday but apparently at each stop along the way he had to pick up and drop off cars at unplanned locations. (The driver drives for Monzon Auto Sales, who I presume does the scheduling.) He kept in touch and the car was delivered just fine on Tuesday, and he gave a voluntary explanation for the delay. The exterior of the car was dirty from being splashed on from puddles on the highway but that's to be expected. The car ran fine and looked fine. Not one thing I had packed had moved an inch.

Dave, the driver, and the Monzon office kept in touch to let me know status before pickup. They were able to coordinate to suit my convenience for pickup, right from my driveway.

Dave returned calls very promptly and we were able to complete the legal paperwork electronically without the need for printing or faxing. Nice!
