Rocky is very knowledgeable and helpful. However, we were told that we owed the carrier $1250 upon delivery. The driver called the day before stating we owed $1300. I called Rocky and he said to pay the driver the extra $50 and he would refund me the $50 and put a note in my file. We paid the extra $50 and since then I have called Rocky twice and emailed him 4 times and as of today (a month later) I have not received any word or check for the $50.00. It is funny that he answered all my phone calls and answered all my emails before the deliver but once he received my money it seems like he just didn't care any longer.
Your company statement says you are honest. If so, keep up to your promises and send us our refund as you promised.

It's too bad you are ungrateful Art...When you came to us you said you were listed with another company who did nothing for you for 3 weeks. We found transport for you in just 4 days. It is not us that asked for the extra 50 dollars it was the truck driver. In fact we gave you a discount of 50 dollars from our usual service fee. It isn't us you have the problem with it was the truck driver. All in all it still is better than driving to Washington yourself, alone. No hard feelings, but please don't take it out on us. Call the truck driver.
