I selected Montway Auto to move my 2 vehicles across the country. Since they are a broker they farmed out my job to Vista Logistics. Well when my vehicle arrived at my destination it was DAMAGED! The driver from Vista Logistics noted the damage on the bill of lading when he delivered the vehicle. Vista Logistics requested that I send them pictures of the damage along with the bill of lading. I went ahead and sent the management at Vista Logistics a copy of the bill of lading, pictures of the damage and I even got an appraisal which I also sent to them.

It's been over a week and both Montway and I have continued to get excuses from Vista and their insurance company. Vista said the pictures don't match the vehicle they delivered. Are you kidding me?? Their driver made a note of the damage that my vehicle incurred while it was in Vista Logic's possession during the transportation and signed the bill of lading!

I do not trust this company and I am now forced to file an insurance claim with my insurance company so that they can deal with Vista Logistics directly. I will NOT use Vista Logistics again and I will contact the BBB. BUYER BEWARE!!

We do not understand your frustration. We have not denied this claim. Our claims department simply requested better photos detailing the damage and the vehicle. Our insurance has advised us to gather this information to better assess the purposed damage of this claim. That being said, We do not feel the request for better photos detailing the proposed damage, the location of proposed damage and photos showing the vehicle make and model is an unreasonable request. The customer refuses to provide the photos needed and has pursued other avenues of resolution. This claim is still active. The information that was provided by customer leaves the cost of repairs inconclusive. We are willing to gather the needed photos from customer to resolve this issue. If you would like to bring resolution to your claim please provide the information we request. - Clear pictures detailing size, location and showing the make/model of the vehicle. (requested by our insurance company) Once we receive these items we will assess the damage and gather our own estimates. Then we will come to a conclusion on the cost of repairs. We will respect your request and cease any further communication.
