BAD EXPERIENCE if your are working with AUTOSTAR dispatching VICTORY LIFE TRASNPORT.

After raising up our initial quote of $525 to $650 because of the priority pickup for 5/28-29, AutoStar NEVER SENT Victory Life Transport the paperwork to pick up the car after we were confirmed for a 3-5pm pickup.

AutoStar was completely unprofessional throwing the blame on Victory Life as they went back on forth with us on a conference call placing the blame on each other.

DID NOT CARE that they inconvinienced our move out of the city a day late and would not even offer to discount their price.

WORTHLESS COMPANIES since I had to call the dispatcher myself and do AUTOSTAR'S JOB
and even THEN the car still did not get picked up.
