This is the 2nd time using Viceroy this year.. Both times have been perfect. My dispathcer Jonathan, is always on top of things, very responsive, and deals with issues that arrive immediately and stay with it until all issues are resolved to my satisfaction. My 1st trip was a vehicle from NY to MN, the 2nd was a vehicle from MN to AZ. When you are transporting vehicles, there are a lot of moving pieces and things can go wrong. This time a day before scheduled pick-up the transport company cancelled. Within minutes of receiving the news Jonathan was on the phone, found another company and issue resolved. My car was transported to Arizona by MST Auto Transport. The driver, was awesome. He was polite, called me and updated me along the way, and most important, ON TIME! ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH JONATHAN AND VICEROY
