When I originally scheduled transportation I randomly selected a pick-up date of 9/1, Devin called me the morning I made the request (Saturday) and very honestly apologized to me about the flood of emails, texts and phone calls that I would be getting from various vehicle transportation companies but she would be very willing to do business with me and explained that if I didn't have a firm pick-up time that I could get a better rate, I told her that I didn't. She quoted me $975 and confirmed my email address to send the quote to. After reviewing several quotes and online reviews of the slew of companies offering to schedule my vehicle transportation I decided on Veterans. Daniel called me on Sunday and said that he could put me on the books immediately for pick-up likely by the end of the week but if I raised my maximum price the pick-up date would be sooner, to get it out of the way I said that I would be willing to pay $1,025, still about an average of $50 cheaper than the other quotes. I signed the contract and they charged my their brokers fee ($125, the remaining $900 due to the driver at delivery). The car was picked up Tuesday morning and delivered the following Monday. I wasn't thrilled about putting up the $125 broker's fee before the car was picked up but all in all I was very pleased with how well Daniel and Devin explained the process and how quickly I was able to get this vehicle to it's new home.
