I recommend Upscale transport!!! They bailed me out when I was in a pinch. American Auto Transport took my order on April 1st for a May 2nd pick up for 2 vehicles. Then Thomas called me on April 28th tell me to either pay another $200 or leave my Cars in CA at least a week later bc they couldn't honor the rate they gave me as a returning customer. He was rude and unapologetic. I was stressed out bc I had to scramble to get someone to help me on short notice. Bert from upscale transport was extremely helpful and very informative. He was able to give me a wonderful rate and most importantly, he was kind to a person who needed it on a bad day. I wish that I had called him first. He is an asset to the company and they picked up the car within 2 days. I got my car about a week and a half later. I was very impressed with the service all around.
