This was my first time transporting a vehicle. I had heard some horror stories so I was pretty nervous about shipping my car. They seemed like solid people, but you can never be sure. In the end they answered all my questions, dealt with some changes in destination addresses, and got my car on time to my new home. I don't normally post reviews - but I wanted to do this to thank them for the extra effort they put in. Universal Transport rocks!
