Anger management class needed for Drivers

Driver called after car was picked up and wanted to drop car off close to interstate 20 miles away instead of delivering to my address. When I refused, driver became angry. When he showed up 2 days late, he became upset that he was going to have difficulty turning his transport around and he was confrontational to the point I had to call the sheriff for fear he was about to physically assault me. Driver refused to give me keys until Sheriff arrived.

After further reviewing this situation, the customer was contacted with resolution ....customer requested Transport to remove the review and submitted a revision which was never posted.
