I am extremely disappointed with Gil and this company. The order and pickup of my car went smoothly, I had no complaints and was really happy to hear that Gil could promise delivery to me in California on a certain date. Gil gave me his number to call when I arrived, specific instructions, said that he would contact the driver and have my car delivered upon my arrival. Unfortunately, Gil made promises that he couldn’t and didn’t plan to honor. He NEVER picked up the phone to return any of my numerous calls, he would only email replies and omitted VERY relevant information. After a day’s worth of getting the runaround from Gil and his supervisors I finally got to the person who could confirm delivery of my car. I did demand delivery within a day or two, since that's what I was promised and everyone conveniently forgot to let me know that I’d owe another $85 to have this done. When confronted by his supervisor, Gil lied and said he called (I have phone records to prove he didn’t) and said he told me about the additional cost (also have the exact email exchange where he said he had no clue about it). Needless to say, I would NEVER recommend this company. On top of all that, Gil’s emails to me were rude, dishonest and disrespectful.

Mrs. L. Kaufman forgot to mention a few facts The car was picked up on time as promised, the driver arrived 1 day early and she was not in CA to receive the car, the driver dropped the car in his lot about 5 mills from her home and went to deliver the rest of his load, and planned to deliver her car later in the evening She had the option to get the car herself from his lot and the driver offered to pay her for the taxi or to wait for the evening and he will deliver the car to her front door. She refused and demands to get the car NOW!, the only thing we could do was to deliver the car with a local flatbed that charges $85 and she agreed for that and we also mailed her a check for $85 so she will not need to pay any extra costs. When she received the car she wanted to pay $250 less for the 4 hours that she didn’t have it. Then she threatens us to post a negative review if we will not refund her $250 United car transport did way beyond to satisfy this customer but it was impossible. We as well have all phone records and a copy of the refund check for $85. Our goal is to have a %100 satisfaction but with this customer we hit a brick wall. Mrs. Kaufman I hope you sleep well at night after your attempt to hurt our company.
